ABOUT THE WORK.
Planar Works is a body of images designed to embrace the reductionist traits inherent in photography. The subject matter is characterised by its suitability for translation from three dimensions into two, with the aim of amplifying this basic function of the medium. The scene becomes a flat plane on which shapes and angles interact without reference to the passage of time or the three dimensional world outside the image. The subjects themselves are plucked from the world of the banal, their lack of adornment allows the viewer to look past their function and concentrate simply on the interactions of their forms on the plane.
ABOUT THE PRINTS.
Planar works are considered and vibrant photographic prints available in a range of sizes to enliven a smaller space or provide a centrepiece for a large elevation. All images are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive DPII Professional Lustre paper, using a digital C-Type process for the highest possible image quality. Prints are matched to standard paper sizes including a small border for ease of framing. Our prints are made to order so please allow 7 working days between placing your order and dispatch of the print. The prints are shipped unframed in 100% recyclable postal tubes and supplied with a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Planar Works is the fine art project of commercial photographer Adam Luszniak. Adam is an interiors and architectural photographer with a passion for creating striking images and a love of the built environment.
